Price
One fixed price per listing.
You see the price on your own preview page, before you decide anything. It changes by country, never by what the property is worth. No subscription, no usage fees, no renewals — and every right in the finished video is yours, included in that price.
Photographers and volume
If you shoot listings for a living, or you have several properties running at once, you don’t pay the single-listing rate. There are trade rates for real estate photographers and discounts by the batch — the more listings, the less each one costs. Tell us roughly how many you do in a month and we’ll put a figure on it the same day.
Questions
The ones everyone asks first.
Whose photographs are these?
Yours. We only work for the person who holds the rights to the photographs on the listing — normally the agent who commissioned them, or anyone with the photographer’s written permission. You confirm it on the preview page before you buy. We will not build a video from images someone else owns: there is no version of this where we take a photographer’s work without their say-so. If you are not sure who owns them, one message to your photographer settles it.
Do I need to send you photos?
No. We work from the ones already on your listing. If you’d rather send your own, that’s fine too.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24 hours of you sending the link. We’re ten hours behind you, so it often lands overnight.
Who owns the video?
You do. Full rights, worldwide and forever, included in the price. No usage fees, no renewals, no territory limits.
Is any tax added on top?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We invoice from Spain and add no local sales tax — no Spanish VAT, no GST, no local VAT. Where your own country asks you to account for the tax on an imported service yourself, your accountant will know how.
Is anything about the property invented?
No. The camera moves; the home does not change. Every figure on screen comes from your own listing.
What if I want something changed?
One revision is included, back with you within a day. Anything further is quoted before we start.
